Discrimination-Free and Harassment-Free Workplace
HPA strictly prohibits discrimination and improper harassment in any form. For purposes of this policy, discrimination is the disparate treatment of individuals, or the establishment or implementation of policies and/or practices that disparately impact individuals, on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, disability, age, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Improper harassment consists of unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical, or visual, that is based upon race, color, sex, religion, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, disability, age, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
